The name comes from the RAF motto Per Ardua ad Astra, through adversity to the stars. It is where our founder learned the trade: weapons systems, where maintenance done properly is the only acceptable standard.
Joe started on aircraft weapons systems in the Royal Air Force, then spent the next two decades in maintenance and reliability leadership across logistics, infrastructure and manufacturing.
He launched and ran engineering at an automated fulfilment centre, led a national reliability and maintenance program, and has held technical authority for safety-critical systems. Ardua Industrial brings that experience to the site floor.
